Personal Data Processing Consent

By ticking the checkbox in a website form and submitting it, the user freely and knowingly consents to the processing of the personal data provided through that form.

Data and purposes

The consent covers name, phone number, selected product or request topic, order composition, comment and technical information needed to receive and protect the request. The data is used to contact the user, clarify the request, prepare an order, arrange payment or delivery, and keep related correspondence.

Processing actions

The website owner may collect, record, systematise, store, clarify, use, transmit where needed to communication, hosting or delivery services, block, delete and destroy the data.

Term and withdrawal

The consent remains valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until it is withdrawn. A withdrawal request may be sent by phone, Telegram or another contact channel listed on the website. After withdrawal, processing stops except where storage is required to confirm completed communications or comply with applicable obligations.
