Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Website operator and contacts

2. Data we process
When a user sends a form, we may process name, phone number, selected product or request topic, request composition, comment and the fact of consent. The website also uses technical data such as IP address, browser information, security token, cookies and local storage values needed for product requests, theme selection, form protection and contact widgets.
3. Purposes
Data is used to receive and process requests, contact the user, clarify product availability, arrange request details, payment or delivery, answer questions, protect forms from spam and maintain website operation.
4. Consent and processing actions
Personal data from forms is processed after the user ticks the consent checkbox and submits the form. Processing may include collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, transfer where needed for communication, hosting or delivery, blocking, deletion and destruction.
5. Storage and transfer
Data is stored only as long as needed for the request and related communications, and then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Data is not sold or published. It may be transferred to hosting, email, messenger, delivery or technical service providers only to the extent needed for the user's request and website operation.
To detect spam, the request topic, comment, selected products and page title may be checked by an external AI service through AITUNNEL. Separate name, phone and IP fields are excluded; phone numbers and email addresses in the text are masked. Please avoid unnecessary personal details in comments.
Requests from this website and the Yolka Telegram bot are forwarded to the private organisers' Telegram group for processing. Before the dialogue, the bot asks users to choose Russia or another country, acknowledge the policy and separately give consent. After consent, it records Telegram ID, available name and username, messages, product choices and request stages, including incomplete requests. Consent date, version and text are retained. Before consent, message text is not recorded in history; technical data is used to operate the consent screen. Country selection does not determine applicable law. Sending an enquiry to organisers requires a separate confirmation. Only provide the contact details and request information needed to reply.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site uses technical cookies and local storage for CSRF protection, product request contents, selected theme, hidden banners and contact widgets. They are used to make the site work correctly and are not intended to identify a person for advertising profiling.
7. User rights
The user may request information about processing, correction, blocking, deletion of data or withdraw consent by contacting us through the phone, Telegram or another contact channel listed on the site.
8. Updates
The policy may be updated when website processes change. The current version is always published on this page.
