2. Data we process

When a user sends a form, we may process name, phone number, selected product or request topic, order composition, comment and the fact of consent. Data is used to receive and process requests, contact the user, clarify product availability, arrange order details, payment or delivery, answer questions, protect forms from spam and maintain website operation.

4. Consent and processing actions

Personal data from forms is processed after the user ticks the consent checkbox and submits the form. Processing may include collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, transfer where needed for communication, hosting or delivery, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Data is stored only as long as needed for the request and related communications, and then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Data is not sold or published.
